Comments: Mike was the BEST. I can’t say enough about him and his professionalism. We walked through the home that I am about to purchase with a fine tooth comb. Mike located things that were of small concerns and big one. Once the physical inspection was completed Mike and I walked through one more time but this time with a thermal camera to see if the house was losing heat or letting in the cold. At the end of the walk through Mike sat with me and went through the inspection report with as much concern as he had with the inspection itself.
